01 How short notice can Nancy take a booking?
Nancy needs 7 days or 1 calendar week to prepare your desired menu.
02 How many people does Nancy cook for?
For at least 6 people, maximum 16 people.
03 How do I order the menus?
Simply specify the quantity, fill out the contact form and send it.
04 Are there also menus for vegans?
In the 22 dishes offered, 4 dishes are vegetarian, and one is vegan.
05 What are the travel expenses?
Flat-rate travel expenses to and from up to 50km, EUR50,-
Flat-rate travel costs to and from up to 120 km, EUR100,-
For a journey of more than 60km, an individual agreement must be made.
06 What happens if the cooking event must be cancelled at short notice?
The cancellation fees are listed in detail in theGTCs.
In case of cancellation 10 days before, 40%, 5 daysbefore 70% and 2 days before 100% have to be paid.
07 Do I have to pay a certain amount of expenses in advance?
You will find the bank details on the orderconfirmation, which will be sent to you immediately after receipt of your menuplan.
The deposit is 50% excluding any travel expenses.
08 Highest confidentiality is a matter of course for Nancy.
No private or event data will be published according to DSGVO. The possible use for advertising purposes is only with the express consent of the customer.
09 Do we have to provide the place settings?
I bring all the placesettings (plates, napkins, cutlery and crockery). The customers (clients) take care of the table cloth and table decoration, drinks and glasses.
10 Does Nancy come alone or with service staff?
I always come with a kitchen or serving assistant.
