Nancy only buys produce from local markets - organic whenever possible, of course - and her suppliers are on a first-name basis. They know each other, and quite well. Nancy not only knows where her vegetables, fish or meat come from, but she also knows how the products are created. She passes on the luxury of using the best products in her kitchen one-to-one, and you can taste it.
Meat Products.
Nancy buys all meat products at the farmers' market or directly from a farm. A fair husbandry of the animals is very important to her.
Fish products and seafood.
The freshwater fish, pike perch, pike and eel come directly from Lake Neusiedl. Seafood is sourced from international traders and care is taken to ensure organic sourcing.
Dairy products and eggs.
Cheese, Eggs, and other dairy products are purchased exclusively from a local farm in Burgenland.
Fruit and Vegetables.
When possible, only Austrian products are used depending on the season. The exotic fruits are purchased at the Naschmarkt in Vienna.
